ESB MUSTANGS

We are a Pop Warner Little Scholars non-profit youth football & cheerleading program servicing the Estero, San Carlos & Bonita Springs area. We depend solely on the support of the community for our league to survive. Our volunteers & sponsors are made up of local parents, students & businesses all here to make this a fun, positive learning experience in teamwork for your child. We hope that you will consider joining our ever growing family & wear your blue, green & white proudly in our upcoming season. GO MUSTANGS!

The Peace River Conference has awarded our organization with the SPORTSMANSHIP award! We are very proud and honored to be presented with this award & hope to keep up the true spirit of Pop Warner for many years to come! Again, congrats to all of the players, cheerleaders, parents, coaches and board members on a GREAT '08 Season!

Congratulations to all of our Cheerleaders!!
The Tiny MItes were as cute as always!
The Jr Pee Wee's rocked the house & took home a 3rd place trophy!
The Jr Midgets amazed the judges & the coaches & took the #1 spot!!
The Midgets charmed the crowd & walk away in 2nd place!
And the coaches, as if it was a shock, were AWESOME!
Good luck to our Jr MIdgets & Midgets as they prepare for Regional Competition in Orlando on November 28th!

Congratulations and Good Luck to our Jr Pee Wee & Jr Midget Football Teams! They have made it to PLAYOFFS!!
They will both play on Saturday October 25th at Pt Charlotte.
The Jr Pee Wees will play North Ft Myers at 11:00
The Jr Midgets will play Pt Charlotte at 3:00

WE ARE STILL IN NEED OF AN OFFCIAL CONCESSION DIRECTOR!! PLEASE CONTACT PAUL SCHWEITZER OR ATTEND THE BOARD MEETING IF INTERESTED.
If you are interested in becoming a board member for our upcoming 2009 season, please attend this meeting.
We have available positions on the 2009 Committees to fill. Please consider participating in at least one of the several committees available in which would best suit you. Finance, Publicity, Fundraising, Auditing, Activities, By-Law, & Jamboree.
We are still in need of a Concession Director.
Meetings are held in the board room @ Mustang Practice Field on Williams Rd (Just West of Estero High School Baseball Fields) on the 3rd Monday of the month.
We're always happy to see new faces! Come join in on the meeting & see how you can help out to better our league.
Attendance is VERY important!
AS OUR CHILDREN GROW UP & MOVE ON, SO MUST MANY OF THE CURRENT BOARD MEMBERS. THIS WILL LEAVE A HUGE HOLE IN OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON. WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK THOSE LEAVING FOR THE MANY YEARS OF TIME & DEDICATION THEY HAVE GIVEN TO OUR LEAGUE,THEY WILL TRULY BE MISSED. WE WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ENCOURAGE YOU TO STEP UP & JOIN US IN FILLING THE AVAILABLE POSITIONS ON OUR BOARD. SO PLEASE, ANYONE INTERESTED, PLEASE SEE PAUL OR INQUIRE IN THE BOARD ROOM!
REMEMBER, WITHOUT VOLUNTEERS, THE MUSTANGS WOULD NOT BE!

I know all of you who have a been part of our Mustang Family the last few years have had the chance to meet Tammi. She has been our Treasurer, Registrar & the glue that has held our organization together! Well, as reluctant as we were to let her go, she has taken the position as Secretary for the Peace River Conference. But don't worry! She will still be around! She remains a Mustang board member & a proud Mustang parent! So when you see her around the field, please, take the time to thank her for the countless hours she has dedicated to our kids & be sure to wish her good luck at the conference level.
